If you only have 18 samples, you will fail the quantitative demonstration. <br />§5.3 What is the schedule for plan implementation and submission of the report? <br />§6.1 Who is the health and safety officer? <br />7.0 A specific schedule needs to be proposed. <br />Please revise the Draft Report and submit it to the Department within thirty days of receipt of this letter. <br />Also, please be aware that the License Condition 32 is applicable to the decommissioning process.
