I forgot to take the cut/fill reference out of the text. Attached is a revised- Page 12 to replace the one in the application packet where I- removed the 3 sentences describing that method of sloping. 8. Attached is the corrected page 13. 9. The weed control plan we referred to is on page 15 under WEED CONTROL. A copy of Grand County's WEED MANAGEMENT PLAN is at- tached for your information and the file. 10. These settling ponds will not intercept ground water and-the water is purchased from an approved source so not Augmentation Plan nor is Substitute Supply Plan is needed. It is more likely that the ponds will be a closed system.to recycle the wash water.. If needed Grand County.will obtain the necessary permits from the CDoHE and/or the OSE prior to constructing the pond and supply copies to the Division.
