2-24 <br />2.1.9 Subsidence <br />No structure or renewable resource lands exist within the <br />proposed affected area. Information contained on Figures <br />1.1-2, 2.2-1 and 4.1-1 as well as agency concurrence in the <br />previous McClane Canyon and Munger Canyon Mine approval <br />- documents may be used to verify this fact. As is shown in <br />Appendix J, there is an absence of cultural or historic <br />resources that will be affected. <br />In accordance with Rule 4.20.2, notification of subsidence <br />will be sent to the surface owners listed on Figure 1.1-3a <br />at least six months prior to the initiation of mining <br />beneath their properties.
