2.05.3(6)(a) <br />• (151 Type of delay detonator and delay periods used; <br />(16) Number of persons in the blasting crew; and <br />(171 Seismographic and airblast records, where required, <br />including: <br />(s) Type of instrument, sensitivity, and the calibra- <br />tion signal of the gain setting or certification of annual cali- <br />bration; <br />(b) Exact location of instrument and the date, time <br />and its distance from the blast; <br />(cl Name of the person and firm taking the reading; <br />(d) Name of the person and firm analyzing the seismo- <br />graphic record; <br />(e) The vibration and/or airblast level recorded; <br />liii) Ample warning will be given before shots are <br />fired. All persons will be cleared and removed from the blasting <br />area. Roads leading into the blasting area will be blocked by a <br />manned vehicle having radio contact with the blasting foreman to <br />prevent the entrance of livestock or unauthorized personnel to <br />the blasting area. A siren sounded intermittently for one minute <br />• will be used for the blast warning signal. The all clear signal <br />will be siren sounded continuously for one minute. The siren <br />will be audible within a range of one-half mile from the point of <br />the blast. Each person within the permit area and each person <br />who resides or regularly works within one-half mile of the blast- <br />ing site will be notified of the meaning of the signals through <br />appropriate instructions. <br />Blasting signs will be erected around the <br />permit area as required by Rule 4.02.6. <br />The following public notice of surface blast- <br />ing schedule will published in a newspaper of general circula- <br />tions in the locality of the blasting site at least 10 day but no <br />more than twenty days before beginning the blasting program: <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Lillylands Inc., pursuant to the provisions of section <br />9.08.3 of the regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, hereby publishes the following blast- <br />ing schedule. The blasting area is located in the NW/4 <br />of Section 33 in T. 96 N., R. 15 W., N.M.P.M. Blasting <br />operations will be conducted daily between sunrise and <br />sunset.
