(s) Type of instrument, sensitivity, and the calibra-
tion signal of the gain setting or certification of annual cali-
bration;
(b) Exact location of instrument and the date, time
and its distance from the blast;
(cl Name of the person and firm taking the reading;
(d) Name of the person and firm analyzing the seismo-
graphic record;
(e) The vibration and/or airblast level recorded;
liii) Ample warning will be given before shots are
fired. All persons will be cleared and removed from the blasting
area. Roads leading into the blasting area will be blocked by a
manned vehicle having radio contact with the blasting foreman to
prevent the entrance of livestock or unauthorized personnel to
the blasting area. A siren sounded intermittently for one minute
• will be used for the blast warning signal. The all clear signal
will be siren sounded continuously for one minute. The siren
will be audible within a range of one-half mile from the point of
the blast. Each person within the permit area and each person
who resides or regularly works within one-half mile of the blast-
ing site will be notified of the meaning of the signals through
appropriate instructions.
Blasting signs will be erected around the
permit area as required by Rule 4.02.6.
The following public notice of surface blast-
ing schedule will published in a newspaper of general circula-
tions in the locality of the blasting site at least 10 day but no
more than twenty days before beginning the blasting program:
PUBLIC NOTICE
Lillylands Inc., pursuant to the provisions of section
9.08.3 of the regulations of the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Board, hereby publishes the following blast-
ing schedule. The blasting area is located in the NW/4
of Section 33 in T. 96 N., R. 15 W., N.M.P.M. Blasting
operations will be conducted daily between sunrise and
sunset. All roads leading into the blasting area will
