<br />The Division of Reclamation, Muvng and Safety hereby Issues notice, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, section 116,
<br />Paragraph 4, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, that an November 9, 2009, an application to revise Baal mining operations at
<br />the Elk Creek and Sanborn Creek Mine was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The revision was submitted by
<br />Oxbow Mining, LLC. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of
<br />filing,
<br />This Technical Revision provides for the addition of as many as thirty-three gab vent boreholes at the l?lk Creek Mine.
<br />Twenty?seven dri11 pads and associated terriparary, light use rands will be installed; the boreholes will be tilted with pumps for
<br />mine ventilation, and eventually reclaimed,
<br />The underground coal mining operation is on land located approximately 0 miles North of Somerset, Colorado. The permit
<br />area i? further described as follows:

<br />The applicant is rewired to publish notice in a local newspaper that this application has been deemed corrzpXete, At the time of
<br />publication of this notice, the applicant is additionally required to place a copy of this application at the Paania Public Library,
<br />2 Third Street, Paonia, CO 81425; the Delta and urmisan County Planning Departments; and at the Division office. For
