The revision was subrr?itted by <br />Oxbow Mining,llLC. A11 review and vomment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of <br />filing. <br />This Technical Revision provides far the addi?on of as many as thirty-three gob vent boreholes at the Flk Creek 1V[ine? <br />Twenty-seven drill pads and associated temporary,light use roads will be installed; the borehales will be fitted with pumps for <br />mine ventilation, and eventually reclaimed <br />The underground coal mining operation is an land located approximately D miles North of Somerset, Colorado. The permit <br />area is further described as follows; <br />Township 12 South, Range 90 Nast, 6th PM -all or parts of cctians 29 -? 3? <br />Township 12 South, Rangy 91 West, 6th P1V[ - all or parts of Sections 25 - 27 and 34 - 36 <br />Township 1 ? South, Range 89 Nest, 6th PM - all or parts of Sections 6 and 7 <br />Township t3 South, Rage 9a Nest, 6th PM -all orparts ?fSections 1-12 and 1? <br />'favunship 1 ? youth, Range 91 west, 6th PM -all ar parts of Sections 1- 3 and 11-1 ? <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown an ?SGS 7.S minute quadrangle maps of Somerset and Bowie. <br />The applicant is required to publish notice in a local newspaper that this application has been deemed can?plete. At the time of <br />publication of this notice, the applicant is additionally required to place a copy of this application at the Paonia Public Library, <br />? Third Street, Paonia, CO 81428; at the Delta and Cxurmisan County Planning Departments; and at the Division office.
