A small portion of the area to be permitted has <br />been used for cattle feeding and dry grazing ground while the rest of the area has been open <br />range for a number of years. Thus the post-mining creation of irrigated pasture will result in a <br />higher end use that is good for the landowner and will also provide better wildlife habitat. <br />Cugnini Pit, November 2009 J-3
