d <br />' SEEPAGE AND WASTE DITCH .110. `z <br /> <br /> THE: ;iCCAMI-t DITCH. <br /> <br /> 1. <br /> This ditch is claimed by The YcCanne Ditch and Res- <br /> ervoir•Company, a corporation, whose principal office is at <br /> Fort Lupton, Colorado. <br /> <br /> It takes its supply of mater from springs, parcolatin-, <br /> drainage and seepaga mater gathered along the first three <br /> miles of its course. The :eater so ;gathered is carried to <br /> lands along the lower portion of the ditch and is used for <br /> the purpose of direct irrigation. <br /> The gathering portion of said ditch begins in Adams <br /> County in the northrrest quarter of Section 24, Township 1, <br /> South, Range 67 ?est. Thence it runs northeasterly to about <br /> <br /> the north quarter corner of Section 13, said to::nship and <br /> range; thence masterly about one quarter of a mile; thence <br />northerl <br />thr <br />h th <br /> y <br />oug <br />e southeast. quarter of the southwest <br /> quarter and out of the northeast quarter of the southwest <br /> quarter of Section 12, said `Eo:rnship and Range; thence north- <br /> easterly to a point about one-quarter of a mile east of the <br /> center of said section.
