This <br />development required the design of a four lane arterial roadway, floodplain improvements with <br />community parks and an open space corridor, revised FEMA mapping for Dry Creek, and a quadruple <br />box culvert design at Airport Road. <br />Dillon Road; Louisville, CO <br />The 'design of a four lane arterial roadway with superelevation, median islands, major <br />drainageway box culvert, and pedestrian underpass. <br />Dillon Ridge Marketplace; Dillon, CO <br />Offsite regional detention facility improvements, onsite drainage, grading, and infrastructure <br />construction plans for 38 acre commercial shopping center. <br />Four Mile Creek; Boulder, CO <br />Platting, master drainage and utility design, subdivision construction plans, phasing, <br />development cost estimates, and FEMA map amendment for 295 single family residential <br />development. <br />Indian Peaks Master Planned Community, Lafayette, CO <br />Performed hydrological analysis for Indian Peaks Tributary and Bullhead Gulch utilizing <br />UDSWM and CUHP techniques with routing software for the design of regional and local drainage <br />facilities within and adjacent to 18 hole golf course. Drainage design, subdivision construction plans, <br />development cost estimates, and coordination with regulatory agencies for several single family and <br />multi-family residential filings of the 1427 unit golf course development. <br />Boggy Creek Road/Eastern Beltway; Orlando, FL <br />Water resource design of drainage facilities, wetlands, and inter-connected detention pond <br />systems for the Southern Connector to Orlando International Airport and the Interchange of the Eastern <br />Beltway and Boggy Creek Road. <br />* Listed are a selection of previous projects chosen to give a representation of engineering <br />experience.
