<br />Professional Experience <br />As the principal engineer of Innovative Land Consultants, I bring 25 years of civil engineering <br />and surveying experience to this company. This includes 14 years as partner in a successful civil <br />engineering and surveying company which provided services primarily to the private sector in the <br />Front Range area. <br />Past projects have allowed me to collaborate with clients, land planners, and other professionals <br />in the planning and design of master planned residential communities. These projects include golf <br />course communities, commercial developments, roadway designs, municipal infrastructure <br />improvements, and floodplain modifications to create open space corridors within communities. <br />Engineering solutions required the incorporation of zoning and subdivision regulations, platting, and <br />P.U.D. documents into final design. Project management, design, and supervision of plan preparation <br />encompassed all elements of proposed improvements, including overlot grading and earthwork <br />quantities, water, sanitary sewer, drainage facilities, roadways, and construction specifications. <br />Past Project Experience * <br />Wyndham Dill; Frederick, CO <br />Preliminary engineering including grading, drainage and utility plans for 691 acres of <br />combined commercial, single family, and multi-family development. Final engineering design with <br />subdivision construction plans for Wyndham Hill Filing No. 1, a 381 single-family residential <br />development, including Weld County Road 7 improvements with roundabout design at the intersection <br />of Wyndham Hill Parkway and Weld County Road 7. <br />Vista Ridge Golf Course Development; Erie, CO <br />Hydrologic modeling using Pondpack engineering software for design of proposed inter- <br />connected pond system and drainage facilities conveying offsite and onsite drainage basins through 18 <br />hole golf course. Coordination with golf course architects, development of sketch plans, <br />preliminary/final drainage, grading, and utility design, and subdivision construction plans for 896 acre, <br />2700 unit golf course development. <br />Rocky Mountain Village H <br />Preliminary and final master drainage, grading, and utility plans, subdivision construction <br />plans, and adjacent Boyd Lake Road improvements for a 311 unit residential community. <br />The Broadlands Golf Course Development; Broomfield, CO <br />Hydrologic modeling, regional master drainage plan, floodplain modeling utilizing Boss HEC- <br />2, and revised FEMA mapping for Quail Creek Tributary flows conveyed through 18 hole golf course. <br />Site Development Plans, drainage, grading, and utility design, subdivision construction plans, <br />development cost estimates, and agency coordination for several single family and multi-family <br />residential filings of the 2215 unit golf course development. <br />EXHIBIT <br />?5
