<br />in support of the AM-02 application.

<br />adverse witness to testify about the McCann Ditch and Reservoir Company, the letter dated
<br />May 11, 2009 from the McCann Ditch and Reservoir Company to the Division and the
<br />McCann Ditch Mitigation Plan prepared by RMCC and Hart Environmental.

<br />witness to testify about the letter dated May 11, 2009 from the McCann Ditch and Reservoir
<br />Company to the Division, RMCC's response thereto, her letter, dated July 11, 2009, to the
<br />McCanne Ditch and Reservoir Company and the McCann Ditch Mitigation Plan prepared by
<br />RMCC and Hart Environmental.

<br />(303) 866-3567. Mr. Ebert in the member of the Division staff responsible for processing the
<br />Amendment Application AM-02 and he may be called to testify as to various aspects of the
<br />Division's recommendation to the Board to approve the same.

<br />(303) 866-3567. Mr. Bird is a member of the Division staff who prepared a July 7, 2009
<br />Memorandum to Mr. Ebert titled Review of Am-02 and McCanne Ditch Company Objection, and
<br />he may be called to testify as to the same and the McCanne Ditch mitigation measures to be
<br />employed by RMCC as approved by the Division.
