MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD, STATE OF COLORADO <br />In the Matter of the Public Hearing for the Bromley Lakes Amendment Application, AM-62, <br />M-1987-049 of Ready Mixed Concrete Company <br />111-11 <br />/ PRE-HEARING LIST OF WITNESSES AND EXHIBITS OF READY MIXED <br />v CONCRETE COMPANY <br />Ready Mixed Concrete Company ("RMCC" or "Applicant") hereby submits its Pre- <br />Hearing List of Witnesses and Exhibits pursuant to Rule 2.6(2) of the Mineral Rules and <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for the Extraction of Construction <br />Materials. This list is submitted as part of the Pre-Hearing Conference scheduled for October 29, <br />2009 at 1:00 p.m. <br />1. Witnesses <br />At the hearing scheduled for November 12-13, 2009, RMCC may call the following <br />witnesses: <br />A. Bill Timmons, General Manager - Aggregate Operations, Ready Mixed Concrete <br />Company, 14585 Brighton Road, Brighton, CO 80601, (303) 659-0630. Mr. Timmons is the <br />General Manager of RMCC's current operations at Bromley Lakes and is familiar with RMCC's <br />operations at the site since the late-1990s. Mr. Timmons may testify to any aspect of RMCC's <br />prior and current operations at Bromley Lakes, the Amendment application, the Division's <br />adequacy reviews and RMCC's responses thereto, the objection thereto by the McCanne Ditch <br />and Reservoir Company, RMCC's responses to the objection and the McCanne Ditch Mitigation <br />Plan prepared by RMCC and its consultant Hart Environmental. <br />B. Ron Henley, President, Ready Mixed Concrete Company, 4395 Washington St., <br />Denver, CO 80216, 303-292-1771. Mr. Henley is the President of RMCC and is responsible for <br />its operations in Colorado including Bromley Lakes. Mr. Henley may testify to the same matters <br />as Bill Timmons. <br />C.
