General Mine Plan Compliance
The area of Horse Gulch permitted under TR-103 and 105 continues to progress with topsoil striped
and underdrain construction underway. This area is the future location of the Horse Gulch Excess
Spoil Fill. Inspection reports are required for this area in accordance with 4.09.1(11). The
construction of the Drains has slowed due to inaccessible rock drain material. All course material
observed in the underdrain at the time of the inspection is in compliance with the12" to 60" size
requirement.
