A copy is attached. <br />JOINT RESOLUTION AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br />BY AND BETWEEN THE COUNTIES OF <br />LOGAN, MORGAN. rHILLIM SEDGWICK WASHINGTON, AND YUMA OF THE STATE OF COLORADO <br />RE. NORTHEAST COLORADO HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br />WHEREAS, C.0.S. §29-1-201. a seq., authorizes governmmW entities to enter into cooperative contracts to provide any function, service Or facility lawfully <br />authorized by law; and <br />WHEREAS.
