Responses are hereby given to each of the issues <br />requesting additional information or clarification. The original request has been quoted. The response <br />is then provided in italics. <br />APPLICATION FORM <br />Signature Page of Application Form needs to be signed by the Yuma County Clerk on the line provided. <br />The signature page has now been signed by the Yuma Clerk and is attached. <br />6.2 GENERGAL REQUIREMENTS OF EXHIBITS <br />Maps should be signed and dated by the person that prepared them. <br />All prepared maps included in the original application have been signed, are dated, and attached. <br />I am providing a proof of publication regarding the Weis Pit from the Holyoke Enterprise. Also attached <br />are proofs of notification to the adjoining landowners and the landowner of the property to be mined. <br />A copy of each map used as an exhibit is enclosed and signed. <br />1
