Haulage was resumed Tuesday (9/22/2009) at approximately <br />10:00am. <br />CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES and PROGRESS: <br />II) EARTHWORKS <br />A) Clearing and Grubbing <br />1) VLF <br />No work performed during the week. <br />B) Stripping <br />1) VLF <br />No work performed during the week. <br />C) Topsoil Relocation <br />1) VLF <br />No work performed during the week. <br />D) Subgrade Preparation <br />1) VLF <br />Subgrade preparation was performed in the following areas: between stations A0+50 (+/-); <br />A2+25 (+/-); E19+00 (+/-); and E23+00 (+/-), approximately 0 to 200 feet left of "E" <br />centerline; and between stations J1+00 (+/-) and J13+00 (+/-), approximately 50 to 200 right of <br />centerline. A CAT D-9 dozer and a CAT D-6 dozer were used to rip the subgrade surface to a <br />depth of 6" to 8". The subgrade was then moisture conditioned using a CAT 773 water tuck <br />VLF Weekly Report WE 09.26.09.D.doc
