The revised Technical Revision application is attached. In addition, please see the revised disturbed area boundary as shown on Map 18. 15. DRMS - Based on a review of Volume IX, Figure 1, Coal Mine Waste Disposal Area, the horizontal scale of the inset cross-section B-B' has been changed and appears to be in error. The horizontal scale on the currently approved figure is shown as 40 feet/inch. The horizontal scale on the revised figure is shown as 100 feet/inch. This changes the length of the cross section from 600 feet to 1,500 feet. To further complicate the issue, based on the scale of the small map showing the gob piles, at 200 feet/inch, cross-section B-B' is only 300 feet long (1 -X2 inches). Based on the 2:1 slope indicator on the "Proposed Ground Surface" line for cross-section B-B", it appears as though the correct horizontal scale should be 20 feet/inch. DRMS - In the table labeled "Appendix B" on proposed page App-B 9, there are several entries for peak flows that do not correspond to those listed in the current or proposed designs. These peak flow entries are for ditches F1, F2, F9, F11, F13, F14, F16, F17, F18, East Diversion, West Diversion #1 and culvert F2. Except for ditch F2, it appears that the designs for these ditches and one culvert were revised but not included in TR-64. Please provide the revised designs or revise proposed Appendix B accordingly. BRL - F1 has been revised and the structure detail should have been included.
