The subgrade was then moisture conditioned using a CAT 773 <br />water tuck (when necessary) and compacted using a 10-ton vibratory smooth drum compactor. <br />The entire surface of the subgrade was compacted with at least 4-passes. These areas were <br />inspected by an AMEC representative and accepted for structural fill placement. <br />VLF Weekly Report WE 09.18.09.D.doc
