• the last stages of the operation or otherwise removed from the site. There shall be no remaining material (waste rock
and/or ore) on the Crusher Feed Pile, within the Crusher Feed Bin or Crushed Rock Bin, or lying on exposed
conveyors. Any waste rock and/or ore that may have spilled around the process equipment shall be removed. Any
collected concentrates shall be removed from site, shipped off to the third-party responsible for further
refining/treatment.
As a pH treatment, hydrated lime shall be broadcast around and underneath all of the locations of the process
trailers, conveyors, bins, and concentrate storage areas. The lime shall be broadcast at a rate of 50 pounds per 1,000
square feet of such impacted area. Once broadcasted, a light spray of water shall be applied over the same. This
will sufficiently neutralize any trace, potentially acid forming material left behind.
Any remaining process water shall be sufficiently drained from the Ball Mill and Concentrating Table circuits of the
Ball Mill Trailer and discharged to the Tailings Impoundment, amounting to about 15 cu. ft. (125 gal.). This is the
same treated water that has been described ad nauseam in Exhibit C and D and does not pose any harm. It will
evaporate rather rapidly.
Also, any remaining process water shall be sufficiently drained from the Flotation Cell circuits of the Flotation
Trailer and discharged to the Tailings Impoundment, amounting to about 236 cu. ft. (1970 gal.). Again, this is the
same treated water that has been described ad nauseam in Exhibit C and D and does not pose any harm. It will
evaporate rather rapidly.
It is NOT necessary to drain the Water Holding Pond. Any remaining water may be used for fire fighting. This is a
remote location and the nearest NFPA listed water source is in Idaho Springs city limits. It shall be noted that on
the west end of this small pond a very gradual "ramp" was incorporated so that any errant critters could safely
escape. The surface of the shot-crete is rather rough and not slippery when wet. At maximum depth, the water level
is 48".
• Any containers of oils/lubricants that were previously stored outside, shall be re-located into one of the enclosed
trailers or storage units. Any containers of process chemicals (the same ones included within the list of 6.3.3(2)(a)
in Exhibit C) may remain stored within an enclosed trailer only after a thorough inspection to determine that there
are no leaks. If any of the containers are compromised, the product shall be placed in a new container and
accurately re-labeled.
All trash and loose debris shall be collected and disposed of in an appropriate manner. No empty containers or
buckets shall be left outside to prevent collection of stagnant rainwater.
There is no need for any final grading or re-vegetation. This site is fairly flat and contains parked and stored
equipment.
These reclamation measures are entirely appropriate to restore this property to its current Mining District zoning
designation. Clear Creek county currently has the patented mining claims of this property zoned M-1 (mining
and/or residential). The segments of property that have been added to these parcels via the BLM land purchase
program are, zoned M-2 (mining only). A copy of Clear Creek county zoning regulations are attached at the end of
this Exhibit D. It shall be stressed that the only permitted use of M-2 zoned property in Clear Creek county is
MINING.
Pre-Existing Abandoned Mine Waste Rock Piles:
Within the affected area of the Tailings Impoundment there are pre-existing abandoned mine waste rock piles (see
maps in Exhibit E for location). This material has been in place for many generations, dating back to the late
1800's. It is with every intention Venture Resources Inc. plans to process and render inert this material as
previously discussed in the Mining Plan of Exhibit C.
However, in the event that these operations are forced to cease prematurely for reasons beyond our control, Venture
Resources Inc. shall not be responsible for reclamation of pre-existing abandoned mine waste rock piles that we
. have not disturbed during the course of these proposed operations.
