Middle Flume Pond to be cleaned <br /> Backfilling and Grading <br /> The Ash Pit was in the process of backfilling at the time of the inspection. No problems were noted in <br /> the area of the Ash Pit or the area of future Ash disposal. <br /> Explosives <br /> No blasting was conducted during the inspection. <br /> Support Facilities <br /> The facilities areas of the office and maintenance buildings were in compliance with no problems <br /> noted. The area in and around the ANFO and Emulsion tanks was stable with no problems noted at <br /> the time of the inspection. <br /> Topsoil <br /> Topsoil stockpiles were located in the permitted locations. Topsoil stockpiles were marked and <br /> exhibited good vegetation cover with no erosion characteristics evident. <br /> General Mine Plan Compliance <br /> The area of Horse Gulch permitted under TR-103 continues to progress with topsoil striped and <br /> underdrain construction underway. This area is the future location of the Horse Gulch Excess Spoil <br /> Fill. Inspection reports are required for this area in accordance with 4.09.1(11). <br />
