does not approve this road to remain. The approved reclamation plan and the bond release
findings are in conflict.
Hydrologic Balance
Pond 5 was muddy in the bottom. Pond 4 was found dry. Embankment and spillways
appeared in excellent condition.
Processing Waste
The Refuse Disposal Area (RDA) appeared in good condition with no evidence of slumps,
slides or damage of any kind.
Revegetation
The growing season is nearly over at this site. Grasses and (orbs have dried down. Warm
season grasses have flowered. Cattle were not observed on the reclaimed area or in
adjacent areas near the mine site.
