<br />Page 2 <br />RE: AMEND USR - COORS ENERGY COMPANY <br />b. Open-pit mining and solid waste disposal sites are <br />provided for as uses by special review in the , <br />Agricultural Zone. <br />C. The proposed uses will be compatible with the <br />existing surrounding land uses. <br />d. The proposal will be compatible with future <br />development of the surrounding areas as projected <br />by the Weld County Comprehensive Plan. <br />e. No overlay districts affect the site. <br />f. The Use by Special Review Development Standards <br />will provide adequate protection of the health, <br />safety and welfare of the neighborhood and County. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the application to <br />amend a Use by Special Review for surface coal mining and ash <br />disposal on the hereinabove described parcel of land be, And <br />hereby is, granted subject to the fallowing conditions; <br />1. The ash disposal activity shall not occur nor shall any <br />building or electrical perr.;its be issued on the property <br />until the Use by Special Review plat has been delivered <br />to the Department of Planning Services office and the <br />plat is ready to be recorded in the office of the meld <br />County Clerk and Recorder. <br />2. The applicant shall patch existing damaged areas in the <br />access road, Weld County Road 59, prior to standard chip <br />seal treatment to be done by TKeld County. This work <br />should be c mpletcd no later than the 19S E season. Should the truck traffic increase to 25 <br />truckloads per clay, the requirement of the original <br />permit for an additional two-inch lift shall be adhered <br />to. <br />3. Prior to recording the Use by Special Review plat: <br />a. The attached Development Standards shall be adopted <br />and placed on the Use by Special RevieTf? plat. <br />b. The following note shall be placed or, the Use by <br />Special Review plat: <br />CJ 7 V 4.1 zi
