• Topsoil will be loosely placed using a small dozer. The dozer track leave a pocket <br />to hold the seed and collect moisture. Compacted area will be ripped to prepare <br />the seedbed. <br />• Nitrogen will be applied at 18 pounds per acre and phosphorus at 46 pounds per <br />acre. <br />• Ditches along the existing road and erosion bales will be left in place. Offsite <br />drainage will be directed into the pit. Ripraped rundowns will be constructed to <br />protect the slopes of the ponds from erosion. Run downs will be field located. <br />4. EXHIBIT F- Reclamation Plan Map <br />• Enclosed are revised Exhibit F Maps. <br />• As stated in the Reclamation Plan, topsoil will be spread on the slopes above the <br />water line to a depth of 6 to 10 inches in all pits with the exception of Pit #4. <br />There is very little topsoil available in Pit #4. Available topsoil will be evenly <br />spread on the slopes. <br />Enclosed is a receipt from the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder for the filing of the <br />Adequacy Review and response. <br />Also enclosed is a compensation agreement with the property owner, JAK <br />Ventures,LLC, to be included in Exhibit S. <br />Sincerely, <br />Edward J Sett e, P.E.
