TR-67: Technical Revision 67 was received on 23 August 2007, called complete on 4 <br />September 2007 and approved on 7 September 2007. TR-67 reduced the approved permit <br />boundary by 546.1 acres. <br />TR-68: Technical Revision was received on 5 September 2007, called complete on 17 <br />September 2007 and approved on 18 December 2007. IFR-68 approved designs for a small area <br />exemption for sediment control. <br />TR-69: Technical Revision was received on 22 January 2008, called complete on 1 February <br />2008 and approved on 29 May 2008. TR-69 was an update to the South Taylor Pit mine plan. <br />TR-70: Technical Revision was received on 7 March 2008, called complete on 14 March 2008 <br />and approved on 29 May 2008. TR-70 revised the hydrologic monitoring plan in response to <br />Stipulation 5, from the Permit Revision 02 approval. <br />TR-71: Technical Revision was received on 2 April 2008, called complete on 10 April 2008 and <br />approved on 20 August 2008. TR-71 provided designs t:or the extension of the Section 16 Pond <br />ditch. <br />TR-72: Technical Revision was received on 14 March 2008, called complete on 21 March 2008 <br />and approved on 24 June 2009. TR-72 is a revised reclamation plan and vegetation success <br />criteria for the East Pit, West Pit and South Taylor Pit. Several issues remain outstanding with <br />the reclamation plan, resulting in Stipulations 12 and 13 to the Colowyo permit. <br />TR-73: Technical Revision was received on 5 May 2008, called complete on 13 May 2008 and <br />approved on 23 June 2009. TR-73 updated hydrologic curve numbers for SEDCAD designs for <br />the site. <br />TR-74: Technical Revision was received on 10 July 2008, called complete on 18 July 2008 and <br />approved on 2 March 2009. TR-74 provided as-built maps, designs and reports for the Section <br />28 and West Taylor Ponds. <br />TR-75: Technical Revision was received on 30 July 2008, called incomplete on 6 August 2008, <br />called complete on 5 September 2008 and approved on 30 September 2008. TR-75 approved the <br />redesign of the Section 28 and Section 29 collection ditches in the South Taylor Pit area. <br />TR-76: Technical Revision was received on 12 February 2009, called complete on 23 February <br />2009 and approved on 13 August 2009. TR-76 approved a new South Taylor haul road on the <br />west side of the mine. <br />TR-77: Technical Revision was received on 9 December 2008, called incomplete on 19 <br />December 2008, called complete on 30 January 2009 and approved on 30 March 2009.
