This property is owed by Park County. The proposed use of this property after use will be <br />reclaimed as rangeland habitat. <br />Exhibit G---Water <br />If water is encountered during mining, Div. Of Reclamation, Mining and Safety will be <br />notified and mining will be stopped. <br />Water requirements for Park County's operation would be approximately 200,000 gallons <br />per seasonal operation for dust control on the haul road. <br />The source of water would be provided at Ansley Pit #1 which we have a contract with <br />Applegate and Upper Platte River Commission. <br />It is not necessary for Park County to acquire a NPDES permit as there is no run off. <br />Water is used for dust control on the haul road. <br />Exhibit H-Wildlife <br />Mark Lamb, Div of Wildlife, has an attached letter in reference to the wildlife migration <br />impact. <br />Exhibit I---Soil Information <br />An Ansley Pit Series is attached <br />Exhibit J-Vegetation Information <br />Teller-Park Conservative District, Alan Swartz has an attached letter in reference to the <br />vegetation at the Ansley Pit #2 <br />Exhibit L---Reclamation Cost <br />The cost below is based on the maximum amount of disturbance that is planned for this <br />operation. <br />Item Amount Cost Total <br />Reseeding & Mulching 15.2 acres $700/acre $10,640.00 <br />Mobilize/Demobilize Equipment 3 pieces $1,000 $3,000.00 <br />Project Management $720.00 <br />Total Cost $14,360
