EXHIBIT J - Vegetation Information <br />The entire parcel of land included in the permit is currently rangeland. The vegetation <br />currently growing at the site is Russian thistle, kochia, and salt grass. There is some blue <br />grama, western wheat, little bluestem, and sideoats grama, plus some broadleaved plants. <br />EXHIBIT K - Climate <br />Moderate summers, crisp falls, cool winters and warm springs are the general rule in <br />Yuma County. <br />• 260 days of annual sunshine <br />• 16.7" annual rainfall <br />• 31.5" annual snowfall <br />• Average temperature: January - 28°, June - 75°
