EXHIBIT J - Vegetation Information <br />The entire parcel of land included in the permit is currently dry farm ground. Last fall <br />this tract was planted to winter wheat. There is currently a good stand of winter wheat <br />growing at the site. Areas not involved in current mining operations will continue to be <br />farmed by the owner. Those areas will either be summer fallowed or planted to winter <br />wheat. <br />EXHIBIT K - Climate <br />The primary climate at the site is similar throughout the county. Phillips County <br />typically has moderate summers, crisp falls, cool winters, and warm springs. We <br />typically have 330 days of sunshine. <br /> High Low <br />Avg. Jan.
