All stipulations have been complied with ar terrninated. There are no <br />stipulations in effect far the Seneca XI dine. <br />SECTXON IV -MIDTERM ADEQUACY QUESTIONS <br />The Division does not have any adequacy questions or comments regarding this Midterm <br />I?ev?ew. <br />S?TI?N ? - PEST ?A?IAN?E AND SP?IFI APP??'?AL <br />The Division previously granted variances from contemporaneous reclamation requirements for <br />the active wolf reef and wadge mining areas, Auger Area ?, and the solid waste disposal area. <br />Mining has been completed in the wolf creek and wadge raining areas, and the variances are no <br />longer necessary..A variance franc contemporaneous reclamation for Auger Area ? is no longer <br />necessary. The area, last mined in 1985, had been lei open to facilitate future underground mine <br />portal faceups. The solid waste disposal area is no longer in use and has been regraded, and the <br />final topsoiling and seeding has been completed, There are no permit variances in effect for the <br />Seneca 7I 11?ine. <br />SETr?N ?I - ??NI?YN SUMMA?? <br />The Division currently holds a fatal of 7,1 S?,4S9.aa in corporate sureties far the reclamation <br />performance bond at the Seneca II 11IIine. ?fthat total, 5,828,?S9.?o applies to Permit Number <br />-8?-0?5. The renr?air?der applies to "Pre-La?v" areas mined pr?ar to the issuance of Permit <br />Number ?-5?-005. The bond amount that applies to the Pre?Law i under Permit No, 75-54-A <br />and is 1, 55,a00.D0. The cost estimate was last reviewed and revised with the Phase II Bond <br />Release SL-?; see Proposed Decision and Findings of carnplianae dated April 1, 2a09.
