Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Urie Rock Company, Urie Gravel Pit, Application No. M-2009-038, 112c Construction Materials <br />Permit Application, Approval. <br />Dear Mr. Joy: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has completed the review process for the above <br />referenced application and determined that Urie Rock Company has met the requirements for a 112c <br />application under the Rules and Act. Staff is pleased to inform Urie Rock Company that the application <br />is approved. <br />The reclamation liability estimate is calculated to be $91,567.00, Rounded off to $91,600.00. The <br />estimate is based on both Phases I and II being disturbed at the same time and a worse case scenario of <br />15 acres maximum disturbance at any one time. Please let staff know immediately if any errors exist in <br />reclamation cost estimate. Urie Rock Company must submit and have accepted both a Financial and <br />Performance Warranty for the permit to become active. No disturbance may occur until the <br />warranties are in place and all other necessary local, state and federal permits (if required) are <br />approved and in place.
