McKay, Perry S. McKay, <br />First Interstate Bank of Denver, N.A., as Personal <br />Representatives of the Estate of Marcus F. Church, Deceased and <br />as Trustees under the Last Will and Testament of Marcus F. <br />Church, Deceased and Charles Church McKay and Edward Landry, <br />Successor Trustees of the Ruth McKay Trust, did file an applica- <br />tion with the Planning Department of Jefferson County on or about <br />February 28, 1986, to rezone the herein described property in <br />Jefferson County from Industrial-Two (I-2) Zone District to <br />Mineral Conservation (M-C) Zone District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Jefferson County <br />Planning Commission on April 23, 1986, at which time the Planning <br />Commission did, by formal resolution, recommend approval of the <br />subject rezoning application; and <br />WHEREAS, after notice as provided by law, a public hearing was <br />held by this Board on June 16, 1986, at which time this matter <br />was continued until June 23, 1986, for decision; and <br />WHEREAS, based on the evidence, testimony, exhibits, study of the <br />Comprehensive Plan, recommendations of the Jefferson County <br />Planning commission, comments of the Jefferson County Planning <br />Department, comments of public officials and agencies, and com- <br />ments from all interested parties, this Board finds as follows: <br />25 <br />?) g
