OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION MEASURES AND MONITORING <br />This EPP must include a listing of other agencies' environmental protection measures and monitoring that <br />are required by statute, regulation or permit by other agencies or jurisdictions. The environmental <br />protection measures and monitoring for the Schwartzwalder Mine included the following: <br />• Discharge monitoring is required by the Colorado Division of Public Health and the Environment, <br />in accordance with the Discharge Permit CO-0001-244. <br />• Pursuant to the Radioactive Materials License (RML) CO-369-03 S, groundwater and surface water <br />are routinely monitored (as described in Section 12).
