<br />Trapper Mining Inc. intends to revise its
<br />surface coal mining permit (CDMG Per-
<br />mit No. C-81-010, approved 12/31/02)
<br />to project future permitting activities
<br />(2008 to 2012). This action is being
<br />proposed as permit revision PR-06.
<br />The present permit allows for a pond
<br />spillway and flume to be within 100 feet
<br />of a section of County Road 107. AII
<br />reviews and comment periods as pro-
<br />vided in the Act and Regulations prom-
<br />ulgated thereunder initiate from this
<br />date of filing. Trapper Mine is located
<br />6Y2 miles south of Craig, Colorado. The
