This action is being <br />proposed as permit revision PR-06- <br />The present permit allows for a pond <br />spillway and flume to be within 100 feet <br />of a section of County Road 107. All <br />reviews and comment periods as pro- <br />vided in the Act and Regulations prom- <br />ulgated thereunder initiate from this <br />date of filing. Trapper Mine is located <br />61/2 miles south of Craig, Colorado.
