Other species that utilize the new area are mule deer, elk, and pronghorn antelope. Most of this use is in <br />migration; spring and fall with pronghorn utilizing the area in the summer. Many small birds such as homed larks <br />and brewer's sparrows use the Property. Mammals common on the site also include American badger, Wyoming <br />ground squirrel and coyote. Chorus frogs and many small rodents occur in the internlittent valley that runs thm <br />the property. <br />We encourage the County to phase the development up to 20 acres at a time and reclaim the disturbed sites as <br />you go.
