TATUM, and <br />SOLITARIO PURGATORY, L.L.C., a Colorado limited liability company, <br />Defendants. <br />• COMPLAINT <br />Introduction <br />Invoking the jurisdiction of this Court over civil actions between citizens of different States <br />in which the amount in controversy exceeds $75,000.00, exclusive of costs, Morris Law Office, P.C., <br />( "MLO ") brings this action to set aside the fraudulent conveyance of certain real property which <br />James E. Tatum and Ann M. Tatum ( "the Tatums") made to Solitario Purgatory, L.L.C., a Colorado <br />limited liability company. MLO is a creditor of each of the Tatums by virtue of a judgment that the <br />United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia entered on February 3, 2005. MLO <br />duly registered that judgment in this Court on February 23, 2005, and then recorded with the Clerk <br />and Recorder for Las Animas County, Colorado, on March 11, 2005. <br />
