Reclamation Cost Estimate [3809.401(d)] <br />In addition, we have initiated an Environmental Assessment, in accordance with the requirements <br />under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). It is anticipated that this effort will take a <br />minimum of 45-days to complete, once this office has determined that the mining plan of operations <br />is complete. The final outcome of this assessment will be submitted to CDRMS and incorporated into <br />their permit issuance process. <br />We have created a case file for this operation under our 43 CFR 3809 regulations and have included <br />this recently submitted information in the file.
