The Division has reviewed the content of Precision Excavating, Inc. 112c permit amendment application
response to Adequacy Review Letter dated July 7, 2009 for the Camilletti Milner Pit #2, File No. M-2001-023, and
submits the following comments. The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) is required to make
an approval or denial decision no later than August 14, 2009, therefore, your response to the following
adequacy review concerns should be submitted to the Division as soon as possible.
1. As required by Rule 1.6.2(1)(e), please submit proof of public notice circulated to all owners of record of
surface lands, mineral rights and easement holders that are on the affected land and within 200 feet of the
boundary of the affected land. Proof of notice may be return receipts of a Certified Mailing or by proof of
personal service.
Please provide proof of notice to the following owners of record of surface and mineral rights:
a. Camilletti and Sons, Inc.
b. State of Colorado Board of Land Commissioners
2. The applicant supplied the Division with a copy of the "Revised Reclamation Plan for the Camilletti Milner Pit
#2 Gravel Mine" by IME dated July 23, 2001. The Revised Reclamation Plan is not consistent with the
approved Reclamation Plan dated June 12, 2001 on file with the Division. The Division recommends the
Operator submit a technical revision to the permit, including the required $216 fee, to update the
Reclamation Plan for the site.

3. Please" commit to providing the Division with a copy of the approved Weed Control Management Plan
approved by the Routt County Extension Office for the Camilletti Milner Pit #2 amendment area.
