This WQA addresses mine water <br />and Outfa11009 to the Left Fork of Apache <br />Outfall 001 to the Middle Fork of the Purgatoire River <br />Canyon Creek - as these outfalls include mine water sources. Based on Division procedures, there <br />are no discharges composed entirely of surface runoff that are evaluated in this assessment.
