EXHIBIT F - Reclamation Map (Rule 6.4.6): Please provide a revised map(s) that includes <br />clarification for the following items: <br />• Show the configuration of the two proposed mine phases and clearly label the permit <br />boundary and be sure the map has a scale. <br />• State the average thickness of replaced overburden by reclamation area or phase. <br />5. EXHIBIT L - Reclamation Costs (Rule 6.4.12): Please provide clarification for the following items: <br />• This section states that the applicant has existing stockpiled material stored at the site <br />that will be used for the mining operations. Please locate the stockpiled material on the <br />pre-existing conditions map. <br />• Exhibit L states that 44.6 acres will be backfilled and compacted. The application is <br />only for 30.25 acres. Please explain the differences in acreage. <br />6. Special Provisions - 112 Reclamation Permit Application (Rule 1.6.5): Please provide clarification <br />for the following items: <br />• Per Rule 1.6.5(2), within ten days after the last publication or as soon thereafter as proof <br />has been obtained, the applicant shall mail proof of publication required by Rule <br />1.6.2(1)(d) to this office. Proof of publication may consist of either a copy of the last <br />newspaper publication, 'to include the date published, or a notarized statement from the <br />news paper. An application may not be approved until such proof has been obtained. <br />This is a preliminary review. Other issues may arise from other agency comments, and as more information is <br />supplied. This application cannot be approved until the issues brought forth are adequately addressed. Please submit a <br />response to the following issues as soon as possible, but no later than August 21, 2009 so the decision due date set for <br />September 1, 2009 can be met.
