Auamentaticn cf the Yampa River.- Zn the event that <br />conditionally-decreed but unbuilt projects en the Yampa River <br />are completed in the future, so that Applicant is unable to <br />store sufficient water in Pend 006 and Pend Y-1 in priority <br />during the present non-irrigation season, water will be <br />released from Stagecoach Reservoir, Jehn C. Temple Re servcir <br />Nc. 1, er Emrich Re servcir at the direction of the Division <br />Engineer, in an amount necessary to replace cut-ef-priority <br />depletions caused by storage in Pcnd 006 and Pcnd Y-1 during <br />the nenirrigaticn sea se n, plus historical return flows from <br />the 20 acres cf alfalfa during the non-irrigation season and <br />depletions during the non-irrigation season from Seneca IZ-W <br />Well Ne. 1, net to exceed the following amounts per year: <br />Pcnd 006 29.32 acre feet <br />Pcnd Y-1 3.35 <br />Return Flows 4.30 <br />• Well 0.43 <br />Tcta1 37.40 <br />These augmentation releases will also be made thrcughcut the <br />life of the mine and the reclamation period. <br />Z. General.. Applicant will install necessary <br />measuring devices, and will develop necessary accounting forms <br />and procedures, to facilitate administration of this plan for <br />augmentation by the Division Engineer.. The Division Engineer <br />will assess appropriate transit losses cn any water released <br />from storage for replacement of cut-rf-priority depletions. <br />J. Division Engineer's Recommendation. The Division <br />Engineer has been consulted in accordance with Section <br />37-92-302(4), C.R.S., and recommended that the plan for <br />augmentation be approved as requested by the applicant provi- <br />ded <br />1.. Applicant has sufficient water available tc <br />replace anticipated depletions for the first year before the <br />project is started. <br />2.
