The historic use of the water rights to be used for <br />augmentation is as follows: <br />A. The John C. Temple Reservoir tic. 1 has historically <br />been used to irrigate approximately 170.9 acres of alfalfa <br />located in Sections 27, and 28, Township 6 North, Range 88 <br />West, 6th P.M., Reutt County. Applicant has contracted with <br />the owner of John C. Temple Reservoir No. 1 to lease for 32 <br />years the amount of water used to irrigate 20 acres of the <br />lands irrigated, for use in this Plan for Augmentation, and <br />to remove 20 acres of the lands historically irrigated, from <br />irrigation each year.
