Dry well - Level only, not <br />Monitoring Well monitoring sampled. No road and no pad for well. Access by foot. <br /> Core hole converted to monitoring well for test mine <br />Plugged & <br />20-1 <br />2000 phase. Located on test mine pad. Not shown on map. <br />Abandoned Not reclaimed. Pad still in use. Well plugged & <br /> abandoned prior to commercial phase. <br /> Test mine well continued as production well in <br />Plugged & commercial phase. Well pad and road contoured and <br />20-2 6/14/04 reseeded.
