Describe how drill holes will be plugged (refer to Rule 5.4 of the Rules for required abandonment procedures): <br /> <br />Any cuttings are to be returned to the hole to the extent possible. Remaining cuttings will be buried in the <br />containment pit. The hole will be plugged with spray foam from five feet to within two feet of the surface <br />and filled with available so air coil mixed with cuttings. <br />5. Describe how portals, adits, shafts, ponds, excavations, or other disturbances will be reclaimed (refer to Rule 3 and Rule 5 for <br />specific reclamation performance standards). You may wish to contact the Division for closure specifications. <br />The topsoil from the containment pit will be bermed on the lower side. When reclaiming the site the <br />berine?i soil will be -nushed back across the pit, dragged or raked and seeded with the approved seed mixture. <br />b.
