Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on February 23, 2009, addressing the following: <br />This revision updated and clarified the acreage designation amounts to account, ffnr fi.Nure mining in <br />the Amendment 03 area and changed they configurations of the mining areas to create a Wildlife <br />corridor fi r an endangered butterfly. Also, this revision increased the bond amount to accommodate <br />the future mining in the Amendment 03 area and to cover the current disturbed area. the bond <br />corers the various stagesvlevels of'disizrrbanc•e throughout the ife o0 he mina. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1988- <br />044. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1988-044 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $1,083.044.00 exceeds the $881,944.00 performance bond currently held. If you have <br />not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $201,100.00.
