The Applicant shall use and restore the impacted area in conformity to the <br />requirements of the Colorado Department of Wildlife <br />21. The Applicant shall conform to the sign requirements of the Conejos County <br />Land Use Code and the Colorado State Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />22. The Applicant shall obtain the legal right to a water source for any onsite needs <br />from the Colorado Division of Water Resources. Proof of approval by the <br />District Water Court and the State Water engineer shall be provided to the <br />County prior to use of any water on this site, either by well or truck. <br />23.
