A cultural survey would have been conducted prior to the initial <br />mining disturbance, so no new survey was conducted in this area prior to the submittal of the <br />TR67 application due to the previously disturbed status of this area. <br />Please review the enclosed cultural survey and let the Division know if this survey addresses <br />your concerns. If you need additional information or would like to meet to discuss these two <br />permitting actins further, please contact me. The Division requests that we receive SHPO <br />comments by July 24, 2009 to allow the Division to forward any additional SHPO concerns to <br />the operator within our regulatory timeframes.
