11. Rule 6.4.4(e) states the applicant must provide an approximate timetable to describe the amended mining <br />operation. The timetable is for the purpose of establishing the relationship between mining and <br />reclamation during the different phases of a mining operation. The applicant will not be required to meet <br />specific dates for initiation, or completion of mining in a phase as may be identified in the timetable. <br />12. The applicant intends to install a conveyor structure and private bridge over Trout Creek. Please provide <br />additional information regarding the conveyor structure and private bridge (i.e. composition, length, <br />width, height, foundations, etc.) and a specific plan for reclamation of the structures. In addition, please <br />provide documentation for the legal right to enter the easement associated with the conveyor <br />structures and bridge proposed over Trout Creek. <br />Precision Excavating, Inc. agreed to submit construction details for the proposed bridge and conveyor <br />structure over Trout Creek to the Division prior to construction in a letter dated June 16, 2009. Please <br />address the remaining items. <br />13. The Mine Plan Map states Specific Details for Revegetation and plantings are provided in the "Revised <br />Reclamation Plan for the Camilletti Milner Pit #2 Gravel Mine" by IME dated July 23, 2001. Please <br />provide the Division with a copy of the IME Revised Reclamation Plan. <br />Rule 6.4.5 Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />14. Rule 3.1.9(3) requires topsoil stockpiles be stored in places and configurations to minimize erosion and <br />be located in areas where disturbance by ongoing operations will be minimized. Please explain how the <br />piles will be protected from the active mining operation. In addition, please state the seed mixture that <br />will be used to stabilize the piles and the rate of seeding in PLS/acre. <br />15. Please commit to vegetating overburden and topsoil stockpiles if in place for more than 180 days. <br />16. Rule 6.4.5(2)(a) requires the applicant submit a description of the types of reclamation proposed to <br />achieve in the reclamation of the affected land. Please provide the amount of acreage associated with the <br />proposed reclamation in the amendment area. <br />17. Note #6 on Exhibit F - Reclamation Plan Map states, "Final Reclamation may vary depending on the <br />availability of clean, import fill." Please commit to complying with the notice to the office requirements of <br />Rule 3.1.5(9) before importing fill material. <br />18. Rule 6.4.5(2)(d) states the revegetation plan shall contain a list of the preferred species of grass, legumes, <br />forbs, shrubs or trees to be planted, the method and rates of seeding and planting, the estimated <br />availability of viable seeds in sufficient quantities of the species proposed to be used, and the proposed <br />time of seeding and planting. Please provide the Division the information above for the following <br />revegetation areas indicated on Exhibit F - Reclamation Plan Map: <br />a. Habitat Diversity Area <br />b. Shallow Water Habitat
