The attached map <br />shows the area that will be covered by the bond. Now that we have <br />completed reclamation and requested a complete release on the 12.34 <br />acre eastern parcel it is time to recalculate the bond. Once the <br />12.34 acre area is release, the permit will cover 1.86 acres and only <br />seeding and parking area grading will be needed to complete reclama- <br />tion on the 1.86 acre area. The slope area has been graded, shaped <br />and resoiled. Attached is a Reclamation Cost Estimate prepared by <br />Steve O'Brian of Environment, Inc., for your review and to serve as a <br />basis for your review of the amount of bond needed at this time.
