The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when <br />considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be <br />notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />PROBLEM: <br />The sites have not been active for quite some time and appear to meet the <br />definition of a site that needs to be placed in temporary cessation (as required <br />by Rule 1.13). <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />The operator will need to initiate reclamation, put the site in temporary <br />cessation, submit proof of recent activity or submit a technical revision to <br />change the site to intermittent status by the corrective date. <br />2.
