This
revision is to push a dozer trail to provide safer construction equipment access to the slopes above the
current Phase III bench of the Refuse Pile Expansion (RPE) area in order to clear and grub the
vegetation and strip topsoil from the existing, approved Phase IV RPE area. MR-356 also includes an
interim topsoil stockpile to be located to the east of the existing RPE pile, but within the approved
disturbance boundary.
MCC would appreciate the Division's assistance in providing reclamation estimates and associated
bond readjustment calculations for this project. Please contact me at (970)929-2238 or by e-mail
should you have questions regarding this submittal.
SinTc?. 661 tz
Kathleen G.
